  Impossible to cancel your membership! cancelled in February and in march they billed my credit card . I cancel my card and dispute the charges they said I owed an additional fee? I go in person to pay then come April the charge my new credit card monthly fee again (don't know who kept the new credit card number and who authorized the transaction) they refund me stating it was error and account is finally cancelled and no balance remaining! Come July I get collection notice for $39.95? Call to speak to them why no bill was ever sent to me prior to collection notice and their response is they don't send bills out? No one can explain the $39.95 balance I have filed complaint with BBB about their fraudulent charges! Worst gym ever better off going to planet fitness it's brand new, clean, a lot more machines and open 24 hours!

  The club charged me for seven months of personal training, (amounting to several thousand dollars) during a period when I had instructed the training manager to put my program on Freeze. Having discovered the inappropriate charges for services that I did not receive, I have failed to get the club manager to return my phone calls and reverse these charges. I have spoken to him twice, having made multiple phone calls to the club over several months. These calls go unreturned. His promises to resolve the matter have been unfulfilled.
  In addition to the above personal training program fees that have been inappropriately collected, they bumped up my membership fee fron $46/mo to $56/mo without prior notice or my consent. This is highly irregular and no doubt illegal.
  I do not recommend that anyone join this club if you have a reasonable alternative.
